As an Owner, Manager, and Resident we all must share in the responsibility of making sure our Smoke Detectors & Fire Alarm Systems are working. Your City Fire Marshall has adopted the NFPA standards which mandate the community owner's responsibility and commitment to make sure the batteries are changed in the Smoke Detectors, and the Fire Alarm Systems are Inspected and operate functionally. This procedure is often overlooked because the fire alarm equipment is usually out of site and out of mind. Metro will provide a proactive approach to ensure both services are done on a regular basis as required by the city and state Fire Alarm Rules & Ordinance and NFPA standards.

Fire Alarm Codes

Metro's certified engineers and licensed technicians are governed by the State of Texas and each individual city Fire Marshall. They determine what type of installation is required for your property and type of construction. We work closely with the majority City Fire Marshall Offices in the DFW area.
